As a service to our customers, we have purchased a wide range of equipment needed to install fluid system components and are available to rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Support services are available to assure maximum productivity and quick resolution of questions and technical issues.
Orbital Welding Systems - Swagelok welding system M200 power supply offers precision and control with easy to use touch screen operation. Many different weld heads available for precise welds on tubing with outside diameters ranging from 1/8 to 4 inch.
Bench Top Tube Bender - 1 degree to 180 degrees bending range, 1/2 to 1 1/4 inch OD tubing range. Torque clutch included which adapts to a 1/2 inch drill motor to allow for easier bending. Watch the Using the Swagelok Bench Top Bender video
Multihead Hydraulic Swaging Unit (MHSU) - Newest generation of the HSU that lets users pre-swage fractional or metric Swagelok tube fittings easily and quickly. Mandatory on the installation of all fittings over 1 inch. Watch the video
Plastic Tube Flaring Tool - For use with fine thread flare connections. The precision flaring tool provides repeatable flared ends for 1/4/ 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch plastic tubing in approximately one minute reducing installation time.
