We can manufacture custom hose assemblies, which includes hydrostatic pressure testing. Many of these hose assemblies are stocked in common size, length, and end connection configurations which are available for quick-turn shipping.
As your local Swagelok Authorized Sales and Service Center, we offer a broader range of hose than you may realize. Depending on the type of hose, pressure ratings will range from vacuum up to 6,000 psig. (241 bar). The sizes range from 1/8 to 2 in. (3.2 to 50.8 mm) and there is a wide selection of end connections available including pipe, tube, sanitary, flare and pipe flange.
